Kirk Cheng - The Floral Artisan

INVERSION -  花．藝不息

In early October, Kirk Cheng was invited to decorate the venue and reception hall for the 2015 Fine Arts Asia Fair, by CEO Susanna Lo - and present his installation: INVERSION.

Combing both genuine and inauthentic flowers to transform the space, Kirk emphasised the abstract beauty that may lay within both. Cheng’s space transformation expertise allowed the audience to immerse themselves in a botanical world through Cheng’s eyes and hands.

Cheng points out that flowers are not solely simple decoration- but also powerful living organisms able to transform spaces in their own unique way.
